Q: What is included in the Sampler?
"Each sample is a 1lb package of Grassfed beef that after being dry aged at our local butcher's, was processed then vacuum sealed and immediately frozen."
Q: Why is grass-fed beef healthier than conventional beef?
"Plants start losing nutritional value as soon as they are separated from their roots. Pastured Grassfed cows, primary diet is plants still attached to their roots and conventional beef is not. It's June 1st while I'm writing this. Our cows and chickens are out on pasture eating plant's still attached to their roots. They have been on green pasture ever since there was something green to eat, not to mention that spring growth is some of the most nutritious growth a plant has. My neighbors conventional cows are in a feedlot eating feed harvested between 9 and 12 months ago. That's why grassfed beef can contain 5x as much Omega-3's, 2x as much Conjugated Lineleic acid (CLA), much more Vitamin A and Vitamin E and Antioxidants as conventional beef."
